Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Solo or Group. Enterprise includes white-glove migration in the setup investment.
What's a "provider"?
Anyone who documents sessions in the system — therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, social workers, ABA BCBAs. Admin users, billers, and intake coordinators are free.
Do you charge per client?
Never. Your client volume is your business, and we don't penalize growth. Pricing is purely per active provider.
Are there transaction fees?
Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) pass through to you. Clearinghouse claims submission is included up to fair-use limits (~200 claims/provider/month).
What about telehealth costs?
Native telehealth is included in every tier. Premium telehealth add-on ($19/provider/mo) unlocks recording storage and Zoom Healthcare fallback.
Is AI usage capped?
Fair-use capped at 500 AI note drafts per provider per month — which is well above typical clinician volume. Enterprise tier is unlimited.
Can I switch tiers?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No migration or re-import needed.
What's the commitment?
Monthly billing is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Annual plans (15% discount) are a 12-month commitment with a 30-day refund window.
